1. Acceptance of These Terms
By accessing or using a Nova Trend service that links to these Terms (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services. Additional terms may apply to a particular Service, feature, promotion, or purchase. If additional terms conflict with these Terms, the additional terms control for that matter.
2. Eligibility
You must be legally capable of entering into these Terms. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these Terms on your behalf. A Service may impose a higher minimum age or other eligibility requirements.
3. Accounts and Security
Some Services may require an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity under your account to the extent permitted by law.

Subject to these Terms, Nova Trend grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to access and use the Services for their intended, lawful purpose. Nova Trend and its licensors retain all rights not expressly granted.
5. Acceptable Use

- Use the Services unlawfully or violate the rights of others.
- Interfere with, disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to the Services or related systems.
- Use cheats, bots, automation, exploits, or unauthorized software to alter a Service or gain an unfair advantage.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, copy, scrape, or extract the Services except where applicable law expressly permits it.
- Upload malicious code or content that is unlawful, abusive, deceptive, infringing, or harmful.
- Use the Services or their content to develop or train a competing product or model without our written permission.
6. User Content
If a Service lets you submit or share content, you retain your ownership rights. You grant Nova Trend a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, modify, display, distribute, and otherwise use that content only as reasonably necessary to operate, improve, and provide the Service. You represent that you have the rights needed to submit the content.
7. Purchases and Virtual Items
Purchases may be processed by an app store or other payment provider and are also subject to that provider's terms. Prices, taxes, refund eligibility, subscriptions, and cancellation methods will be disclosed at purchase. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, virtual items have no cash value, are licensed rather than sold, and may not be transferred outside the applicable Service.
8. Intellectual Property
The Services—including software, artwork, designs, text, graphics, audio, trademarks, and other content—are owned by Nova Trend or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use Nova Trend names, logos, or branding without prior written permission.
9. Third-Party Services
The Services may contain links to or integrations with third-party platforms, stores, content, or services. We do not control those third parties, and your use of them is governed by their own terms and policies.
10. Service Changes and Termination
We may update, suspend, or discontinue all or part of a Service. We may restrict or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk or legal exposure, or misuse a Service. Where reasonably practicable, we will provide notice of material changes or discontinuation.
11. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available." Nova Trend disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Services will always be available, secure, uninterrupted, or error-free. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nova Trend and its officers, employees, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from the Services. Nova Trend's total liability for claims relating to a Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid Nova Trend for that Service during the 12 months before the claim or US $100. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute not subject to a mandatory alternative process under applicable law will be brought in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey, and you and Nova Trend consent to their jurisdiction. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection laws where you live.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Services, law, or our operations. We will post the revised Terms and update the effective date. If a change is material, we will provide additional notice where required. Your continued use after the revised Terms take effect means you accept them.
15. General
If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent; we may assign them as part of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets. These Terms and any applicable supplemental terms form the entire agreement about the Services.
